Expect to Win

There’s a first time for everything. Doing something for the first time is often scary because there are so many unknowns. Having the right perspective is key. This ‘right’ perspective is not determined by external factors, and sometimes, not even our skills and qualifications.

Faith Without Works

Our faith in God to enable and equip us to fulfill His purpose and will for us, should produce works.

Testify!

Your life is a testimony and example of God’s power to transform lives.

You signify Hope for every individual who has been hurt and, in turn, hurt others,

For those who were seen as outcasts and who felt uninvited,

For those who tried to destroy themselves, and run away from purpose,

For the child who learnt and experienced too much, too early,

For those who felt they have passed the point of no return,

Your life screams “there is Hope, Forgiveness, Restoration and Unconditional Love!”

As loud as creation screams “There is a GOD!”

Greatness in YOU!

I wrote these words to encourage a teen I was mentoring,  but I was also speaking to myself. I now share this declaration with you – believe that God has called you to greatness and walk in it!

Blessings of God

How many times have we complained about God’s blessings when they are actually bestowed upon us? We pray for them, but when they come, they become the centre of our lives, a burden, and costly – eating up our resources and time. Thanksgiving for the new phone, car, house, job, and that little bundle of joy are too soon transformed into

Out of Options

When you decide to be sold out to God, to put aside sin, to put aside all the desires for unholy, and unwholesome activities, when you consciously and seriously decide to do what pleases God, when you really love God and want Him to be the center of your life – You run out of options. Then God – His will, His way, and His purpose – becomes your only option.

My Revelation

I just got this revelation, while watching the news. I remembered the talk of ends times and prophecies about wars, and rumors of wars, etc. And it occurred to me that it is not the time now for me to be concerned about what decisions I can make that will see me living in a utopia here on earth, having safety and stability, wealth and a career.
